Since 2012, I've worked worldwide to help people feel, move and look their absolute best. I am pleased to bring you my yoga, yoga for golfers, and meditation classes online so you can access them at your convenience.

I studied under yoga master Tao Porchon-Lynch and have a Master’s Degree in Public Health Education with a specialization in Health Education and Nutrition.

As a lifelong athlete and 10 year chronic pain survivor, I understand the heartbreak of being sidelined by overuse and discomfort. My yoga classes are designed to keep you in the game!

After 10 years of chronic pain, self care practices have transformed into me a person who feels great and is ready to partake in all of life’s possibilities. I am excited to share what I’ve learned with you!

When Karen enters a room, she fills it with love, compassion and positive energy. She is not only a gifted yoga instructor, but she is also a highly skilled personal trainer and I personally have seen her transform her clients through her nutrititional counseling. Beyond her expertise, what makes Karen so extraordinary is that she also brings passion and compassion to every encounter. She deeply cares about each of her students, and that feeling is actually palpable every time you engage with her. I was delighted to hear Karen was offering an online course because now everyone, no matter where they live, can have access to her brilliance.
